Dear Mr. Scheller:
Lot 15, Block 4, Navarre Heights, in the Village of Orono forfeited
to the State of Minnesota for non-payment of taxes on November 21,
1966, and is in the name of the State with Hennepin County, through
this office, acting as agent for the State. The former owner has
forfeited all his right and interest in the property as of the Novem-
ber 21st date.
This letter will be your authority of our permission to enter the
basement for the purpose of evaluating it for condemnation.
Please feel free to call me if you have any further questions re-
garding this property.
