Subject: 3559 Lyric Avenue - Possible Zoning Violations
On August 25, 1988, I conducted an inspection at the above
subject property to verify the following violations:
1. Outhouse in back yard - invalid complaint.
2. Broken windows in garage doors - not addressed by City
Codes.
3. Junk and debris in front yard - invalid complaint.
4. Junk and debris in back yard - invalid complaint.
5. Daycare licensing - not required, 6 children maximum.
6. Pile of dirt in front yard - black dirt for garden, not
addressed by City Codes.
7. Unlicensed boat sitting on ground within 10 feet of side
lot line - not a safety code violation. Requested owner to
move 10 foot from side lot line.
, The above items were checked out after receiving a complaint
from a neighbor in the area. All but one item is considered
invalid.
