I talked to the builder for this address and they did not get their foundation asbuilt completed. His surveyor cannot be
out there today.We refused an inspection for drain tile yesterday because he did not have foundation asbuilt approval.
The builder stated that he will have the asbuilt by Monday and he understands that no framing can start until the asbuilt
is approved. I will be inspecting the drain tile today when I am completing the asbuilt inspection for escrows.
