Re: Deck and Porch Construction
Dear Mr. Tiemey:
It has come to the attention of this department that a deck and �orch has been constructed on
your property. This letter is to notify you that building permits are required for this type of
construction in Orono.
Therefore the City must require you to submit the enclosed building permit application with two
sets of building plans and the survey with the deck and porch shown on it. A review of the
information will be conducted and if the work meets the zoning and building code requirements,
a permit can be issued. Please make submittals before March 20, 1995. If this deadline is not
met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at my
office.
