T'he deed was recorded with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on August 8, 2007 as Document No. 4412906. This conveyance was a split of an existing torrens parcel, so . I have also enclosed for your files a copy of the new certificate of title (No. 1208705) running to the City with a copy of the residue certificate (No. 1208706)to the State.
