Dear Mr. Palmer:
I finally have something positive to write to you about. The new City Administrator, Bill
Wells, starts Monday October 6`". I have discussed this situation with the Finance
Director, Ron Olson, and he agrees that it probably won't be a big deal to finish this, but
wanted it to wait for the new administrator. I will brief him about this matter as soon as
he has his sea legs and I am sure he will contact you as soon as he has an understanding
of the issues.
I appreciate your continued patience in this matter. It has been a strange summer around
here and hopefully things will be back to normal soon. Thanks again for your
understanding.
