Er_gr.P4ills also reported on the progress of tne installation of street and road signs involvir

bid forms to be opened at next Council meeting on June iQth,I96I.
Bids of the following were opened involving the reconstructing and raising of the Ferndale Bd�

On motion of Bagley,seconded b� Turnham,lowest bid was accepted,subject to the approval of
Engr.I�ills,by vote of �. yeas and no nays.Six residents involved in the raising of the bridge
ha.ve agreed to underbrrite the expenditure of ,� 300.C�0 to offset additional expense.

Messrs.Cronstrom,Gates and Nicvlay Were present including their attorney GeoeGubbins,relative
the vacating of streets and alleyways in rorest Lake Park and Tonkaview Gardens Additions,as
refered to in Planning Com, Cases # � and 27.�ttorney Gubbins wi.11 arrange to complete the
securing of the signat�:res of others interested in petition and also arrange for the notice of
� :�earing so that all interested parties may be neard.

on his premises.-�e and B1dg.Inspter.wi.11 arrange details necessary for issuance of permit.
Trus�tee Turnham submitted estimates for the necessary repairs to our Ferguson Tractor amountin
to � 9b3•52,filed by the Long Lake Farm Supp],y Inc.and also bid of � 795.00 for I952 Ford
Tractor and new style five foot side mounted mower to fit this tractor at cost of � 1�83.00.
