On motion of Schmitt, seconded ny Turnham, the amendment of Ordinance � 8,
relative to harbor limits and pu�blic nuisance,was approved to read as follow�
_ " Subsection 2,of Section ?: The depositing of re�use,waste or other deleterio�
� ' poieonous or in,jurious substance witnin the harbor li�its of tne village.
Provided,however, that weed control measures sha�.l not be pronibited wr�en
carried out pursuant to a permit issued oy an autnorized governmental a�ency.
