- sub�ect to approval oP Hanson,granting building permit for D.R. Siford on Lot I
Lydiards Addition,Por lot 80 by 600 feet. .

house on Lot 6,Shore Hills,was approved sub,�ect to approval of Hanaon.

' Jack Ekre appeared requesting consideration of the erection �o� a multiple
� d w e 1 1 1 n g i n the Navarre area on gelly Ave.Sub�ect will re ref ered to P1ang.Cau
Attorneys Ackman and Grossman and Adolph Fine confered with the Council with
re�erence to the Long Lake Country Club Addn.and the attorneya will endeavor
to confer further in an e�fort to of�er some solution to final conelusiona
and recomendation9 involving stabiliaing and blacktopping o� road to meet _
Council reouirements and release o� present bond filed for completion oP road.
Hugh Thorsen was present concerning the granting of permit involving a boat
�:�:� hQuse that had:been _started without permit at the ATarrow�.��r.VPood was _anxious
to revieW tne pro,�ect before approval. and Turnham moved that he proceed accorc�
ingly and event of approval and payment oP penalty t��ermit be granted.

Thomas Traff was present for purpose of conference nvolving the acceptanee
of road in the 'Eraff Addn.on Co.Road � 5I at Crystal Bay. A con�erence will
��; be arranged with him and Bnr Engr.and Foreman for further report.
