RE: Work Without Building Permit- 2597 Lydiard Circle
Dear Ms. Frank:
On August 15, 1997 this office notified you of the requirement for a building permit for work being
done on your property to convert a garage into living space. As of this date, a permit has not been
received.
A deadline of January 20, 1998 has been established for the submittal of a building permit
application. If this deadline is not met, the City will issue citations and refer the matter to the City
Attorney for further legal action. A court appearance will be required.
