Minutes of ineeting held on Jan.9, I96i,were read and approved.

;:.:�,.:; �ayor Ross reported ono�rogress o� proposed meeting with the Villages of
��ound and Spring Park/proposed sewer pro,ject in the Navarre area.
Foreman Stinson advised that repairs are necessary to replace the Pooting
of the F erndale Bridge.Sub,�ect waa ref ered to Engr.I�ills f or report at next
meeting together with check oY other bridges within Villa.ge limits.
The neeessity for purchase o� a heavier front end loa3er w�.s brought up by
Foreman Btinson.He will arrange for specifications far further consideration.
Architect Jas.Dresser presented proposed pl�.ns for building program of iv�iles
Fetterman,in the �hore Hills area.He will meet with the Pla�nning Committee
scheduled to me�t shortly, so they ca.n sub�it th�ir recomenda.tion to Council.
��; On motion of Turnham, seconded by �1ood,Ordinance # 28, establishing a light
- � industriAl zoning district,in Section 33,loca�ed on Hi�hway # I2,�+a� a,pproved
; and will be effective on Jan.23,I96I,on publication in the r��.nnetonka Herald.
.- Financial report of operation of th� liquor store was reviewed for year I960
with request being submitted to the �S.J.Il�ong Co,Auditora,to furnish further
� inf ormation in connection therewith.
On motion of C�ood, seconded by Schmitt,purchase was authorized of the cooler
for the liquor store on same basis �.s previmsly arranged �t Vills�ga H�.11. �
-, Bill� under Verified Accts.# 98? thru # IOI8 were revicWed and approved.
�� �n motion af �laod,seconded by .Turnha.m,the salas�r of Assessor and B1dg:Insptr -
wa.s increased to basia of �475.00 per mvnth,�rith understanding ths�t he v►ould
contact Engr.Mills,when relief was necessary during assessment periad for
completion o� inspectione involving permits or inapections.Effectiva I/I/I96�.

_ was increased to basis of �500.00 per month retroactive to dan I,I96I.
