On August 1 S, 199 and January 5, 1998 this office notified you of the requirement of a buidling
permit for work bei g done on your property to convert a garage into living space. As of this date,
a permit has not be n issued.
You contacted me d asked for an extension because of financial hardships, I feel the City has
given you ample ti�e to obtain a building permit.
A deadline of Aug Ist 3, 1998 has been established for submittal of the building permit application
and building plans If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal acti�n. The current fire
damage repair wil not receive a final inspection until this issue is resolved. If you have any
