Dear Mr. Goldsmith& Ms. Schwie:
This is an order to secure vacant buildings at 225 Old Crystal Bay Road. The buildings
are deemed a hazard because the buildings are open to trespass. The City requires these
buildings to be secure no later than 10-26-00. The City will have cause to properly
secure the buildings if this date passes. The cost of securing the buildings will be
charged against the Real Estate.
