Please find the Notice of Application for Wetland Boundary/Type approval for 225 Old Crystal Bay Rd N in the City of
Orono.A request to waive the 60-day decision requirement has been sent to the applicant to keep the application active
until a field review can be completed in the spring.
Comments will be received until December 16, 2014 at 4:30PM.

Sherry Underdahl has applied for wetland boundary&type approval for the wetlands located at 225
Old Crystal Bay Rd N in the City of Orono(PID 3311823310007).
A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Services on October 9'�',2014.No
wetlands were identified on site at the time of the delineation. However,there was an additional area
identified on an aerial photo that will need to be investigated prior to making a decision on the
application.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW AND DECISION
Signing and mailing of this completed form to the appropriate recipients in accordance with 8420.0255,Subp. 3
pi•ovides notice that an application was made to the LGU under the Wetland Conservation Act as specified above.
