Re: Orono Muncicpal Code Violation - 1830 Shoreline Drive
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Savage:
It has come to the attention of this department that your property at 1830 Shoreline Drive is in
violation of several of Orono's Municipal Code Sections. They are as follows:
• Tall Grass -Violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55 Subdivision 1.Note:
property owners are required to maintain grass to the edge of the tar on all borders.
. • Junk Pile-Violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55. Pile must be removed
from site.
• Dock - Orono Municipal Code Section 10.03 Subdivision 9, requires a property to
have a principal structure prior to any accessory structure. Therefore the dock must
be removed until a home is on the site and a Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
A deadline of 9-25-00 has been established for compliance with City Ordinances. If this deadline
is not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
me at my office.
Sincerely,
 W`^--
