Minutes of ineeting held on J-ane I3,I960,were read and approved. �
Floyd Bushbom was present aslfl.ng for Council approval for using a trailer house on lv.s
property for his fathers use on1y.L�nder existing regulations his request was denied.

O.R.Gunderson,Niaxwells Ba�,was present concerning a drainage problem.A committee was -
delegated to review the premises involved and report at our next meeting. �--:'�"
Jacob Jacobson,Stubbs bay was present complaing about noxious weeds on the former -
propert�- of Fxed Sta�ford.Weed lnsptr.will be delegated to investigate and arrange for -
the removal therof.
Approval of amending Section I,Subsection 5 of �ection 7 of ordinance establishing harbor
l;m;ts and prohibiting nuisances therein under Ordinance I1o.8,was approved with one
discenting vote registered bv Trustee Schmitt.
Ordinance ��o.27,to regi;late dumping and disposal of garbage and rubbish,was approved
unanimously with an established license fee of �� 25.00,annually. - -
The appointment of Village F.Yigineer was discussed and tabled for further consideration. ": �::�
The present road problems were reviewed by Foreman Stinson and carried on aocket for �
further discussion at our next meetiing.
Current bills under Voucher ATo.332 tnru rio.l�II were reviswed and approved.
Vacations of our road forse were discussed,Coi:ncil agreeing that present regulations
estabLshed b� our agreement Must be adhered to with proper notice file with Council.

Zequest of J.I,.Braff for building privelege on his per-cy was appr vedf with the
understanding that an additional 20 feet wo�ld be added to each lot from those adjacent
thereto and which have been properl�jr staked oat at the present time.
Present dog nuisance problems were discussed and tabled fo� further consideration by �
tne �ustices of the Feace at their meeting on Jul„v 7,I960.
