<br /> propert�- of Fxed Sta�ford.Weed lnsptr.will be delegated to investigate and arrange for -
<br /> the removal therof.
<br /> Approval of amending Section I,Subsection 5 of �ection 7 of ordinance establishing harbor
<br /> l;m;ts and prohibiting nuisances therein under Ordinance I1o.8,was approved with one
<br /> discenting vote registered bv Trustee Schmitt.
<br /> Ordinance ��o.27,to regi;late dumping and disposal of garbage and rubbish,was approved
<br /> unanimously with an established license fee of �� 25.00,annually. - -
<br /> The appointment of Village F.Yigineer was discussed and tabled for further consideration. ": �::�
<br /> The present road problems were reviewed by Foreman Stinson and carried on aocket for �
<br /> further discussion at our next meetiing.
<br /> Current bills under Voucher ATo.332 tnru rio.l�II were reviswed and approved.
<br /> Vacations of our road forse were discussed,Coi:ncil agreeing that present regulations
<br /> estabLshed b� our agreement Must be adhered to with proper notice file with Council.
