Statua of the provosed establishment of the i��?innetonka ��"later Agency was
discussed after which �'7ood moved, seconded by $ct�nitt, that �he follo��aing

"Resolved that the Orono Vil.la�e Council doe9 a��rove and endorse the genera
prit�iples and approac� taken by the proposed ��innetonka ?7ater A�ency, in its
effort to organize an authority to concern itselY with water proalems in

� �. Rcported that some residents were encroachin� on Village roads by plantir�
ever�reens too close to road lines.T�ustee Turnham and Foreman Stinson were
- � delegated to investi�ate where necessary a.nd repor� results.
Th� operation of nublie dumps with the resultant mud and debris alon6 the
roads ad,jacent tnereto �vas discussed. Some preli.minary investi�ation has
been made by tne Planng.Com.arid report of their f indin�s will be submitted
at their meeting on Liay 4th.
5anitation problems were discussed and it was su��ested that thia $hould
� be watched as closely as possible throu�h our police department and �uildin�

setting f orth the violations discovered.5imilar action ahould be taken
where unsi�ht7.y conditions existed on premises of villa�e residents.
V'dhere dumping along roads or streets has prevailed these locations will be
posted and an effort ��de by vill�.�e road crews to clear. up present derrts.
Council decided that any chan�;e or new incumbent assi�ned to our. road crer�s
- snould have the apnroval of Trustee Turnhara before defir�e assi�nment was
� made and wher� neces$ary brought to the attention of all board members.
