Minutes of ineeting held in the Vill�e Hall on February 8th,i960, 7;30 PM.
Present; H.R.Roea,Mayor; R.C.Bagleq,K. Turnriam,E.O.�Jood,t�'.J. Seh�itt,Trustees

I�inute� of ineetin�s held on Jan.25th and Feb.I�t,were read and approved.
Mr.J.L.Braft,appeared reque�ting Council approval for building� permit on -1 �`t'
two lot� located on Co.Road I9 and W.aple Rid�e Road which did not contain
conf'orm to the regulationa provided under Ordinance #22.He waa advised
that he would have to conform with the regulations provided therein and
conf ine building on lot with a minimum of one acre. �
I��r.Leonard Springer of Deephaven �tanor,waa present asking for Council
approval f or building permits an ten lots located on Bi� Zsland in the
south half of Lot B,wnicn did not contain c� suYfi�cient ground �or
�ne ane acre minimum provided under Or•dinance �22.Council held that the
provi�ion8 of the ordinance would have to be complied v�ith.

of a duplex or three unit apartment on County Roa_d # I46 and the South
T�a_tertown road.Request d.enied un�er present re�ulations.
Due to illness of Constable Ro4s,Council autrlorized � two week pay �
allowaace f or sick leave. -
Assessor Hanson presented copies of proposed buildin� re�ulation8 for
review of Council members and further consideration at next meeting.
