It apnearing t:�at a�ter the Villa�,e approval on September 28,i959,
(under the provisions of Ordinance �?,a.s amended) ,of the preliminary
��-� plat of Long Lake Country Club Addition,tnat on October I2,I959,the
�,�f ;ouncil adopted and passed Ordinance #22; that under said Qrdinance r�22,
� in eiiect the policy of the Villa�� was restated and declared to be that
�,�1 new platted residential lot�� �idthiofaI40s�eet atnthenbuildinguline;

^hat Yurther under Ordinance #2N the plattin� and zoning ordinances of the
Villa�;e were amended to conf orm to sucn requirements;and said ordinance
vrohibits issuance of a building permit for erection of a residence, except

That since preliminary ap�roval of the said plat,���vr�ich under the ��illa�e
or�.inancea i� tentative only,it i1a.s come to tne attention af the Council
that the soil oP property in qu�stion is lar�;ely of � clay base and is
"ti�ht soil" , so that a severe nealth probl�m as to sewage and water will
�; arise if lota smaller than the prescribed minimum were authoriz�d;
That the proposed plat does not con�or� to th��reo�a��c�� o� thed�T�iaagen
#22 and tne other agplicable zonin� and p1.a�,�
�tor��there�ore, it is resolved that aAproval be der.ied o� the proposed plat
of Lor.� L?�� Country Club �ddition,as presented to t�he Council.
