Co., MN A Compliance Inspection was completed for the existing on-site sewage treatment system located on this property, The system consists of 2-1000 gallon septic tanks, 1� 10U0 gallon pumping chamber 8�a pressuriaed mour�d sysfiem with a 10' x 55' rock bed built in '1985 for a 4 bedroom horr�e. Soil boring #1 found mottled (redox features) at 2.5' below the ground surface. Soil boring #3 fou�nd the original soil at elev.100.8 8� the bot�orn ofi the rock bed at elev.102.9 learring 2.1' of sand below the rack bed & a 4.6' separafiion from the bot�om of the rock bed & redox features. Soil boring #2 found mottled soil at 2.3' below the ground surface. Soil boring #4 found the original soil at elev.102.0 &th�e b�ottom of the rock bed at elev.1 U3.1 leaving 1.1' of sand below the rock bed & a 3.4' separativn ftom the bottom of the rock bed & redox fe�tures. This sys#em is classifed as in compliance with Minnesota Chapter 7080 rules. The tanks were pumped by Elmer J. Peterson Co. &were found to be compliant at this time. The manhole cover for fihe pumping chamber was replaced for compliance. No#hing other than gray water (laundry, showers, etc.) human waste 8�toilet fiissue should be disposed of into the septic tanks. Garbage disposals are not recommended, due to adding more solids 8�fne solids passing through to the sysfiem. Recommend to divert iron filters out of the system, recornmend to divert the water softner also if diverting fihe iron filter. Excessive amounfis of soaps, anfiibacterial soaps, cleaning agents, shower cle�aners used every shower & chlorine agents may kill the bacteria need�d to treat sep#ic efF�uent. Addi#ives are not recommended. Recommend to pump & clean your fiar�ks thraugh zhe manhole by a certified pumper every 2 years. Check with your pumper to set up a schedule. This Ge�tificate of Compliance is no guarentee that this system wil) continue to function indefinitely.
