Dear Mr. Hendrickson:
I have discussed the revised grading plan with Tom Kellogg, City Engineer, and for the
most part in seems to be acceptable. The few items we would like to see addressed as
soon as possible are, final grade on back yard with an erosion control blanket until
vegetation is established, provide an adequately sized drainage ditch to handle the run-off
from both 1570 and 1580, and providing adequate drainage around the basement egress
window well.
When the mentioned items have been completed please call m� far a final inspection and
final certificate of occupancy. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have.
