Please find attached an application for a building permit for a new residential
construction for Sean & Nicolie Hendrickson at 1580 Long Lake Boulevard,
Orono, MN 55356.
Please note that this project has previously been reviewed by the City of Orono
Building & Zoning Department, the Orono Planning Commission and the Orono
City Council as item #06 — 3221.
The following materials are included in this application packet:
1. Completed application forms;
2. Certificate of Survey, signed by Mark S. Gronberg, MN License No.
12755, of Gronberg and Associates, Inc.;
3. Grading and Drainage Plan — included on Certificate of Survey
(please note — no changes in grade or drainage are proposed as a
result of the construction);
4. Floor Plans (in drawing set);
5. Exterior Elevations (in drawing set);
6. Details and Sections (in drawing set);
7. Information and Calculations (in drawing set and on REScheck
Compliance Certificate);
8. Mechanical Designs (in Mechanical Code Guidelines submittal
sheet);
