Bagley recorded <br /> the minutes oP the meeting. <br /> The minutes of the last regular meeting on December 8th and <br /> the special meeting on December 13th had not been prepared and <br /> the reading of them was, therefore, dispensed wit�. <br /> Henry Weyhreuck was questioned by �he Council Members on his <br /> various needs for relief assistance. He was cautioned that this <br /> had already attained considerabZe proportions and that he �hould <br />� make every effort to secure employment to sustain his needs <br /> without continual help �rom the Village. <br /> William A4ills appeared before the Council asking final approval <br /> of his plat for the SwanLake Addition.
