Newhall, Jr. , Attorney George Hanson, Assessor Jack Ekre appeared before the Board in the matter of agreeing �a _ :�=r ��; to a lease covering his Navarre property designated for n�e by the Villa�e as a package liquor store. Attorney Newhall presented a lease Which he had drar�rn covering -� the described property, and after discussion, it was approved by all parties concerned. IIpon motion made by Bagley, seconded by Maxwell, and unanimons?_y carried, the lease was signed in behalP - oP the Village of Orono. � � - Mr. Ekre stated that although the lease xas agreeable to him, � he had been instructed to show it to a second mortgage holder . - � � - ----' before signing it. He agreed to do this as soon as possible. Attorney Newhall stated that it �rould be necessary Por the Council to designate one of its members to represent the Council in union contract negotiations with John E. Swedberg. After considerable discussion, it xas the consensus that R.C.
