� Roger �.Rydlund,of Forest Lake,appeared requesting conaideration of proposai
to divide three lote which he controls in tne Linden 3each-rorest Lake area.
His proc�osal will be submitt,ed to the Planning Com.for con�ideration.
�::�rs.Rosalia Rademan was present requesting council approval f or division of
Lot 7,��yrtlewood Addn.�er proposal will be presented to the Planng.Com.and
s�e was reQuested to meet with them at their next meetin�.
Louie B .Brechet,representing the Hub Barber Shop,Navarre,and H. S.Rise of the
�,tinnetonka Oil Co.apneared requesting change oi the vresent parking restric-
tions and bus stop at the ,junction o� County Roads I5 and I9 at �avarre.
Resol.utions to that effect will be prepared by i�ir.Brechet and offered for
council approval.On recei�t thereof council agreed to aubmit same to the
County Commissioner$ and Highway Engr.for tneir consideration and approval.
- The nresent relief conditions and a proposed change o� county evelfare system
regulations to involve suburban Hennepin and the City o� l,ipls.was reviewed
by �rr. Turnham.A meeting of �he Henn.Co.League of Towns & ?Aunicipalities will
held on Oct.22,at wnicn time ::Tr. Turnha�vill attend �t report at next meeting.
An ordinance concerning the use of f irearma within that part of tne Village
of Orono lying within the '.:innetonka Game Refuge,�as aoproved and ordered
publ.isned in the next issue of the :Kinnetonaa Herald.
- Don Trowbridge,Chairman of the Orono Park Com.tivas present and will contact
attorney Newhall �or further advise in connection v�ith the possibility of
� obtaining suitable local public park property and present hi� findings in a

�oint session with the Council and Planng.and Park co�issions.
Guy Butler was present requeating council approval for the erection of a
so-called "Dairy-�ueen" building ad,jacent to the Drive-In Theatre at Navarre.
�1dg.Insptr.Hanson was authorize� to issue the necessary permit.

Proposed resolution oY the League of La.ke Pwinnetonka :�unicipalities,for the
formation- o� a I�innetonka Watershed District,was disapproved by the unamimous
vote o� entire council.
Proposal o� Jack Ekre,Navarre, to rent a portion of hia premises at Navarre,
for the operation of a municipal off sale liquor store will be �urther
conaidered by the Council at a special meeting on Oct.20th,at which ti.me
both �r.Ekre and Village attorney Newhall will attend.
A petition preaented by Gaywood E.YoungQuist Por the partial vacation of
�five feet of that part of Lake Street ad,�oining Lot I,B1k.I0,Saga Hill Revised
was ordered referred to the Planning Com.for their consideration.
