` ATrroval of the water�hed di�trict act was held over for coneideration later.
A re�ue9t of the 2�orthwe$tern Bell Telephone Co. for dig-un acroes County
Road # I46 for purpose of plaeing buried cable wae approved.
A4r.Leo Aved of the Navarre Amphi-Theatre anneared requesting authcrity to
be permitted to changa clo�ing time oP h�e theatre t.o 2;00 o'clock A.M.and
in emergency casea not later than 2:30 A,M. ,with the return of Central Std.
time,f or the balance of the ae��on for Saturday ahowe only.
His request was granted eub�ect to the approval of ab+�ent eouncil membero.
Mr.M.O.Christianeon Appear�d aeeking permigsion to eub-divide hie land into
two lot�e as per a new survey ,�ust completed by Kelley & Kelley,Engineers,
of Long Lake,which he eubmitted for council review.His request was granted
with the stipulation that a epecial covenant be included in the deed prohib-
iting any furtner brealndown of the respective parcels of land.
His request involved Lots 6 and 7,Block 2,and Lote 5 and 6,Block 4�of Crystal
Bay Park in Section 9,T II7 N,Range 23 W.
Mr.'.9illiam Curry of Crystal Bay was present requesting permission to change
the location of his garAge to a point within thrp& feet from road line which
coineides with locatione of garages maintained Ai�}¢ his neighbore.
T.he matter was refered to Mr.Haneof�for his check and approval.
The liquor atore situation was discussed and held in abeyance ror furt�ier
review by Council. ,
Tliere being no further businee to come before the meeting eame �vaa ad�ourned
