�inutes o� m�eting held in the Village Hall on July 28,I958,at 7:30 P.M.
Present: H.R.Ross,�dayor; R.C.Bagley,g. Turnham,E.0.N1ood,C.�.Bdax�vell�
Truatees; G.A.Hanaon,Assessor; A.G. Stinson,Foreman; Gerald Roe�,Conetable,
O.E.Johneon,Clerk.
Minutes oi held on July I4th,wQre not available and reading therof held
over for next meeting. �'�`�'
��.�arry-�I�len of Baldur Park appeared requeating �ome reliet o� a dust
problem in tha.t area.Council agreed to the applying of �ome calcium ehloriafl
to relieve the situation.
A dangerous pedestria.n crossing on the Long Lake Road used by Wayzata. Club . �
membera in the golf ground area was brought up and the Council agreed to
install warning road aign� for protection of pedeetrians involved.

of a prlvate driveway.He agreed to handle direct with neighbor involv�d.
The changing of the Coffee Bridge and a�proach Was brough� to attention
of Council and the County Commiesioners will be contacted requesting tha ����=~=�',
f encing of the old portion of road ao that it Will not revert to ad�olning
property ownere. �
It wa� moved by r�r.Bagley and Seconded by Mr.97ood that the following
resolution b e adopted:
That th� Final Plat to Addition No.I,Forest Arms Country Club Addition,
on file with the Council,the same being part of the Preliminary Plat to
Fore�t .Arms Country Club Addition,approved by the Council on January 27,
I958,be approved sub�ect to the change being made that the alley ehown
thereon,lying. between Forssst Arms Lane and Forest Lake Drive,be changed
to a twenty f oot easement,and that the �tiayor and the Clerk,upon preaent- .
ation of the corrected Final Plat showing the changeherein ref erred to, _;.,
and upon the filing of the requfred bond,be authorii�ed and dire�ted to '" °�'��
a�nrove and accept on beha.lf of the Village Council o� the villag� o� Oran�
the �aid Final Plat. ( I�7otion Approved )
The r�quest of U.D.�ohn�on as refered to in minutes of July I4th, involving
the vacation of village road in Casco Heights,was approved and on motion
oP I�ir.�ood, aeconded b� �ir.Bagley,was passed by vote of 5 yeae and no nays.
On motion of �dr.�daxwell,geconded by I�4r.Bagley,the prellminary plat of
Auditora Sub-divieion 23o, Spring Lake Falls Addn.filed by Mr.W.�ills was
tenta�lid.y a�nroved.
�erif ied accounts No.454 through No.490 were reviewed and a�proved.
Thert being no Yurther business to be brought before the meeting, same was
ad�ourned sub�ect to call on August II,I958.
