Dear Lender:
It is my understanding that you would like further detail
regarding the septic system at 1509 Long Lake Blvd, The
system has been inspected and shows evidence of past surface
discharge, but appears to be working adequately now.
The City is currently undertaking a study to determine
whether septic systems will be replaced with sewer. At
this time no decision has been made, but i£ sewer will
be provided within 5 to 10 years, repairs will only be
required on existing systems which are discharging to the
surface. If a sewer system is not proposed in this time
period, the December 31, 1996 deadline will likely be
enforced.
A decision is anticipated bg City Council by September
1994, but will likely occur sooner.Further Questions
