Mro Burnett presented and discussed with the Council a proposal for
division of his lot on Crystal Bay, asking that approval be given
on a resulting lot whieh would be less than the 120� width. The __
request was respectfully denied, as it was in violation of ordinanceo ;'

Mro D. Ae Taylor, representing interested property owners in the
�`�ffee Bridge area inquired as to what action was being taken to
�iate the ob�ectionable and congested condition over there, He �
`- ` . _nformed that both the Conservation and the Highway Departments �
1'��een asked to offer some assistance in this matter and likewise

Verified accounts numbers l�Ol through 453 were reviewed and
approved for payment.
The Council noted with interest a proposal submitted by Kenneth
- E, Luger Company for the erection and lease of a building suitable
for a municipal liquor store in the Navarre area.
On motion of C. W. Maxwell, seccnded by E. 0. Wood, and unanimously
carried, the Council voted to approee the document enti�led
"Conditions of E�nployment in Street Department" as submitted by
Attorney No Le Newhall, Jr. The conditions _ in said contract
were to become effective July 1, 1958, and woul�d provide the basis
for employment during the balance of the calendar year.
Ko Turnham made a report on �he Minnesota Watershed District Act
and discussed the provisions as they might apply to the Village
oP Orono. After considerable discussion it was decided that
each Council member would review this thoroughlg azid eome to thc

There being no Purther business to be brought before the meeting,
