�dinute� o� meeting held on June 9,I958,wsre read and approved.
- ��� Mr.and �drs.Allan Hill appeared proteating the erection of a 6� foot fence
between their property and their neighbors,f�r.and ;�ra.Dye at Orono.
�4r.Fii11 agreed to intereie� Mr.Dye,with the a�siatance of Geo.Hanson,Assessor,
. if nece$sary,�or an agreed compromise as to the heighth of propo�ed �ence.
Ha.rold Nodrenberg and his attorney,were present eeeking in�ormation as to the
valuation of hta property used for assesmsnt purpoae�.Asses�ar H�nson explaine�
the basi� used to the apparent aatisfaction of �r.No�renberg and hi� attorney.
Paul Smith appeared to protest the . appearance of hi� neighbor� property which
. he contenda is being used for commercial purposea in a residential district in
Ca�co Point,vrhich ha.s re�ulted in the lo�s of �ale oS his prapert�.The Council
agreed to ask �r.Jack Hawkina,the owner of property invol�ed ta appear at our
'": .. next meeting for the �purpose oP conf erence to clari�y the situation.
y� � On reauest of R. S.Aslesen,Casco Point, the Council agreed to erect etop signs
- at the inttrsection of Dunwoody and Lindley Aves.ae a �af ety measure.
- Assessor Hanson re�ported that the current years asaee+�ment ha.d not been com-
pleted but that he expected to be abla to do so shortly �or final approval
of Council befora delivery to the County Auditor.
The blacktopping of roade in the Far+est Arms Country Club Addition wae discu�sed
with the understanding that Foreman Stineon would outlin� the x��cessmy spec-
ifications to Henry �teyers, the developer thereo�.
