Legal description: Sections 3, Township 117 North,Range 23 West. The boundary&type approval was requested May 1 S`,2017. A wetland delineation was conducted by Anderson Engineering on Apri] 28'�',2017. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on May 1s1, 2017. One wetland was delineated within the project area. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 1,PFOlA, seasonally flooded wetland. MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on May 23rd, 2017. An additional sample point(Sample Point C) was taken in an area suspected as wetland. The sample point did not display wetland soils. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as documented in the delineation report submitted on May 1s1, 2017 and delineated in the field on April 28`�', 2017. This decision is valid far five years. Wetlands may not be impacted until all applicable conditions have been met! Sample Point C is located east of the wetland previously delineated on Apri128,2017,as depicted in detail on attached figure.This area receives drainage from the surrounding upland areas and conveys is west to the delineated wetland. The area is predominantly vegetated with reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea) and garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolaria).The investigated soil profiles did not meet indicators of hydric soil criteria.Hydrology indicators observed included a highwater table(C2) at 12" below the surface and saturation (C3) at the surface. Hydrology conditions on the site were not typical for this time of year due to recent above average rainfall events. This area does not meet criteria for hydric soils.This area is not a wetland.
