Protect all shrubbery and surroundings using tarps and plywood as much as possible. 2. Remove all existing roofing materials from structure down to original roof deck. 3. Upon inspection of roof deck,all rotted or broken roof decking will be replaced at an additional cost of($45.00) per 4'x 8'sheet or($4.00)per linear foot roof board. 4. Install ice and water shield barrier in accordance with Building Code, 6 feet up eaves on heated areas and 3'wide up valleys. 5. Cover entire roof area with 15 Ib. Nail and install shingles, boston hip and/or ridge according to manufacturer's standard roofing application and specifications. 8. Clean up and remove all debris from entire yard. 9.
