Letter from attorney N�xrhall,dated Nov.'7,I957,was read sug�esting �inal ��
settlement of the CryEtal Bay Beach controversy. He suggested settlement of
�2000.00 payable toCliff ord F. Trafi,Eugene J.Lambin and attorney A. C. Jot�nston;
clearance of legal fees ana expenses of �890.I3 and refund of �I09.87 to Alice
T.Mitchell to clear donation of �3000.00 paid ori�inally by her.IJiotion made by
Turnham seconded by Neddermeyer,that Council accept our a,ttorney� s su��,estion. �
