the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following ext�ibits:
1. Permit Application No. 88-22 received February 5, 1988.
2. Typical cross section showing rip rap placement prepared by Minnetonka
Portable Dredging.
3. Site map showing project area. '
The Board approved the perrnit application.
This document is your permit frorn the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
