in the proposed cond�mnation procedings involving tne Crystal Bay swimming

RESOZVED, that there is in the Village of Orono, a puolic demand
and need for a public bathing beach in Lake :�linnetonka, for use
b;� persons having no otiher access to the La�e for bathing; at
tne proNert,y described in i�Irs. :�Iitc:�e11's letter o�' �ugust ,
is desirable ar�d suitable for such use by reascn of its
loca�ion, the condition of tne beach, and t�e fact that it nas
beer. used for man� �ears as a semi.-public beach with the
consent ar_d appreval of t�e persons clairning owr.ership of it,
that the acquisition oi such proper�y f or such use is in
