I am an attomey representin� Santia�o and Natalia Tones, o�vners of a single family home at 1185 Loma
Linda A�-enue Orono, Minnesota. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, the Government Data Practices Act, I
am requestinQ access to any and all files, documents or information in the City's posse�sion relating to�or
� arising out the design and construction of the Torres home located at 118� Loma Linda Avenue. This
request includes, but is not limited to, the followin�:
1. Applications for any and all building permits and the pennits themselves;
2. All plans, dra�vings or other documents submitted to the City in connection ���ith the construction of
the home,plus any comments or orders issued by the City;
3. All inspection records and notes; and
4. All correspondence,notes,memos or other documents in the City's files relatinQ to this home.

of my assistant, Jennv Danielso�i. Please call my office with the applicable charges and we will send
