Olive Lundquiet and sister, oi l�iinneapolis,w�re present relative proposed
building plans on Lots 3 and 4,Block I,Bergquist� s and Wicklund Park.
On motion o� Bagley, seconded by CVood,permit dvill be granted if both lots
are combined under one title and ownersnip.Motion approved by 3 yeas and
no neas.

Pending the �ranting of an easement promised by Robert �'�.�Villner,for acce�s
to the property of George Heathcock,�tayor Ross agreed to interview �r.Heatnco�

Attorney Newnall and Tom �Iaple outlined tne progress in the condemnation
proceedings involving State Aid Road I5I,where the expenditure of �2000.00
is necessary to complete proposed construction.On motion of Ba.gley, seconded
by Wood, expenditure cvas auihorized and passed by vote o� three yeas,no neas.
A petition was presentcd with 42 signatures,reauesting a special election
involvin� the wet or dry issue �nd refered to Atty.Vewhal�for instructions
as to �urtner action.

Verif ied Accounts No.285 through No.3I9 were presented and approved for
clearance of current bills.
