On motion of Turnham, seconded by B�.gley,request of Alfred and Norbert �ierz
requesting rezonin�of t2n acres of tne Edtivard Fries property on Hi�hway I2�
as refered to in minutes of April 8th,�vas anproved by vote of 5 yeas,no neas.
Alfred P�derz,R. S. Lanier and Charles Piersor�, tne latter representing tne Orono
District Development Corp. ,were present reGuestin�; an acditional area of' four
acres rezoned �rom residential to industrial purposes on Hignway I2, supple:nen�
�. ing original request for ten acres of tne Edward Fries property as refered to

in minutes of April 8th.On motion of Turnnam, seconded by Bagley, tnis request
was ordered publi9hed for nearing on :;:a;� 6th, I95'7. :�riotion approved py five
yeas and no neas.
Bagley reviewed hie findings of bill presented by tne Dolliff Insurance Agency
for insurance premiums now due. The Council decided to ask Do11i�f,Jr. to attend
our next raeeting on April 29tn for a furtner conference and cleara.nce.

There being no �urtner business to cone before the meeting same was ad,journed
