At that time,your location was Mound identified as one that may have had more restricted watercraft stored at your site than what was Keith Kask Deephaven allowed within your dock use area. Re-inspection of your site is planned in 2009 and beyond. Since you have not brought your site into voluntary compliance with LMCD Code,any further violations will require me to turn this matter over to the LMCD prosecuting attorney.
