Re: Fence Encroachment, Shed and Deck Addition
Dear Al:
As we have discussed, your neighbor had a survey done of their property and discovered your
fence was placed on their side of the line. We also discussed a storage shed that was placed on
your property and a deck that was added onto, both of which are in violation of setback
ordinances.
This letter is to require you to remove the fence before July 27, 1993 and to file a variance
application to keep the deck addition and shed or remove them by August 5, 1993. If these
deadlines are not met, the City may initiate legal action. If you have a problem meeting these
deadlines, feel free to contact me at my office.
