Minutes of ineeting held in the Villa.�;e Hall on February II,I957 at 7: 30 PM.

Minutes of ineeting held on Jan.28th, I957,were read and approved.
The Council approved the request of the Hennepin County Land Department for
s��le of four pieces of tax forfeited land within the Village limita,liated
under Li�t # 427C . �
Bid.s �vere opened for a new police car and contract a.warded to the Rettinger
I,�otor. s , Inc . ,Wayzata�rJ[inri.a.t a net price of � 2038.00 plus � I50.00 for
a.utomatic transmission,with delivery c�ate promised within 30 days.
V�'i.11iam Ke11ey,Jr.wAs present for the purpose of discuseing possible ordinance
chanr�e9 so as to fortify present Ordinances # 5 and 7 and alao incorporate
c�rovlsions for rezoninp; to accom�,da.te commerci�_1 and indugtrial areas .
The Cauncil discu�sed gome chan�es nece�sary in the per�onnel of our present
Pl�nnin� Commiesion due to one member moving to locality outside of village
limits �n8_ also possibility of other ch�nQee f'or other causea .
C.lerk will contact Chrmn. Searles for his recomendation.
Forerna.n Stinson re�uested authority for the purchaee of lubricator equipment.
Egtimates as to cost thereof will be �ecured a.nd pre9ented at next meeting.
Verified_ Accounts t�To . 55 throu�h 7'1 were approved. and released for clearance.
