TRinutes of ineeting hcld in the Village Hall on Oct.22,I956 at 7: 30 PM.
Present: H.R.Ross Mayor;R. C.Bagley,K.Turnham,R• Neddermeyer,E.O.Wood,Trustees .
G.A. Hanaon,Assessor; A.G. Stinson,Foreman; Gerald Ross,Conetable,
O.E. Johnson,Clerk.
Minutes of ineeting held on Oct. 8th,I956 were approved.
Report of Constable activities wa.s submitted by Constable Roea.
Moved and seconded that Villa� °e purchase I5 tons of rock salt for eanding
mixture at a quoted price of �2I .75 per ton,delivered, and that atorage
facilities be arranged for through the Stre�ter Lw-aber Co.at Cryetal Bay.
T�2otion approved.
Foreman Stinson outlined the necessity for purchase of four new tractor
tires �nd tubes for replacement due to worn out condition of present tires.
h4oved and seconded that purchase be made through the Minnetonk.a Oil Co.at
� �,1avarre,at a quoted price of ����� 220•�� for tires and $I4. 56 f or tubes.

outlinin�; the present situation for ft�rthE:r coneideration of Council.
The. question of appointin� a new Village Attorney, due to the reaignati.on
of' attorney Pillsbury,was discugsed and order�ed held in abeyance f or
t'urther consideration.
