On motion of Bagley, eeconded by Turnham,petition filed for vacation of
the public ro�.d at Beachside Place� Shadywood Point,was refered t� the
Planning Commis9ion.

After conference with Foreman Stinson the Council decide�d to ask the
County 8urveyor for a survey of the Caeco Point roade for t�e purpose
of determ�ning the road linee.Clerk will contact them for that purpose.
