City Staff has observed a vehicle parked partly in the required side yard (street side) and
encroaching onto City right-of-way and vehicles parked in the required rear yard (on the grass)
of 1098 Loma Linda Avenue violating City Code Section 78-1511(1). Your property is located in
the LR-1 B zoning district where a 10 foot side yard setback and a 30 foot rear yard setback is
required.
, This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by
June 30, 2010 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into
compliance no vehicles should be parked in the side or rear yards of the property.

(a) Height. No structure or building in the LR-1B district shall exceed 2 1/2 stories
and shall not exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366.
