Sub�ect held in abeyance for full Council attendance.
Council membera present approved the purchase of a power saw from Wm.Denny,
� L,ong Lake,at a price not to �xceed �I45.00. �
, � Mre.Leslie Mills of Baldur Park,requested change of epeed limit aigne poeted
� on County Road # 5I,f'rom pres�nt 40 mile limit to 30 mile limit.

D.A.Maanum of �,2lnneapolis,appeared requeeting approval oY the eaection of
three building� on Lots I,2 and 3�Block 4�Casco Heights. '
Plans submitted allowed only clearances of 3 and 9 feet between lot lines.
He was request�d to app�ar at trie neat meeting before entire council.
J .A.TNilliamson appeared relative a building ereeted on Lot I4,Block 2,
Casco Heighta.for which no permits had been requested or issued�the building
now being only 30 inchee f'rom ad�oining lot line.
He was requeeted to endeavor to purchase a part of ad�oining lot ao as to
comply with our present code requirements.
Geo.Anderson of Fagerness Point,requeat�d Council approval of the possibilit;
of er�cting two residences on the sa.m� building lot.
No definite action taken pending the poseibility of the eal� oP one building.
Moved and seconded that verif ied accounts Nos.239 thro 275 be approved to
cl��.r currdnt bille.Motion Approved.
