Re: Illegal home occupation
Dear Mr. Klocek,
It has come to the attention of the city that you are operating a boat repair business on your
property at 1090 Loma Linda. Your property is in a residential zone and boat repair for hire is
not allowed. Therefore the city must require you to cease this use of the property immediately.
If you are found working on boats that are not registered to you the city will initiate legal action.
