Re: Drainage - 1066 Loma Linda .
Dear Mr. Radunz:
On October 18, 1994 we met on site to verify grading changes made to your property. The
swale you created from the garage down the property line to the lake side of your house appears
to be more than adequate to maintain the drainage on your property. As we discussed, the City
is satisfied with the grading and will not request any further work. In the future it is our hope
that these types of problems can be worked out between neighbors without City involvement and
taxpayers' dollars.
