surveyor, and hopefully, we can have all of the required gaperwork in
your office prior to August 24, 1990 so that we can present it at the
September 24th meeting.

Please use this letter to confirm our most recent phone conversation
of July 25, 1990.
I have received the various forms from your office and have made
arrangements with the surveyors to do the survey on July 27, 1990. We
will have all of the required paperwork in your office prior to
August 24, 1990. Per our discussion, you will schedule this with the
Planning Council for the October 15, 1990 meeting because I will be
out of the state at the time of the September meeting.
