H.White of Cryatal Bay complained about the dog ;�i: nuisance and asked f or some relief ineaeure to to bea�dapted in the natur� of a liceneing arrangement. The Council agreed to check into the matter ',p for further consideration. �I�' Walter Peterson presented a map ahowing location of public docke f ormerly installed for Council consideration for current year.Locatione proposed wil: ������� be drawn up f or consideration at our next meeting. � I�' Traff Jr. of the rl[utual General Agency,Minneapolie,appeared requesting C.F. ,�' � ., considera�ion of the Council as to the possibility of constructing multiple '' dwellings ( apartmentg) at �unction of County Roada # 7 and 5I in Cryetal ;� Bay.He was requested to submit the matter in writing for consideration of our planning Commiasion. A delegation headed by Robert A. Tambornino of Carmans Bay complained of thF vin thie street condition of Kelly Ave.requesting �Che possibility of ha g black-topped. They were advised that a tour of Village roads was scheduled for the week of April I6th by Council members at which time this atreet would be checked for further conaideration. ��'I Constables Ross and Taylor reported on current activitiee and Council disct� �'�� ed question of purchase of a police car and installation of radio aervice. � Held in abeyance pending further consideration. �� Truatee Turnham reported on activities of the League of Lake Minnetonka , �;, P,4unicipalities involving lake harbor limits and palicing.Another meeting ;I', of the League is acheduled f or April I3th a.nd a further report will be ,� rendered by I�Rr.Turnham at the next meeting. ji Council decided to write Mr.E.H.Bock,Jr. , relative zoning and bizilding restrictions in the Orono area. , ��' Trustee Bagley moved ( seconded by Trustee Turnh�m) that we purchase a �'�! road roller at a price not to exceed �395.00.Motion approved. !',' Trustbe Neddermeyer moved ( seconded by Tru�te� Bagley) that wage of Road P atrol Opr.be increasea to basis of �2.00 per hour.Motion approved.
